Welcome to Kunden Fortune Founders Resort! Our goal is to provide you with a memorable and relaxing experience. By booking and staying at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure the best service for all our guests.

1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly at the resort.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to your check-in date.
• Bookings made less than 7 days before check-in require full payment at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• At least 14 days prior to arrival date – no cancellation fees apply.
• At least 7 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.
• Within 7 days – 100% cancellation fees apply of the total amount.
• The above cancellation policy will remain the same in any case of flight/train cancellations.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is from 13:00 hrs onwards.
• Check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may involve extra fees.

4. Guest Identification

• All guests must provide valid government-issued identification (passport, Aadhar card, or driving license) at check-in.
• International guests are required to present a valid passport and visa.
• For Persons of Indian Origin residing abroad, we would require a ‘Person of Indian Origin’ (PIO) card or an Overseas Citizen of India’ (OCI) card.

5. Group Booking Policy

• For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, a 30-day notice is required for cancellations.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for large groups.
• We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed reservations at any time without any prior notice.

6. Resort Facilities and Usage

• Guests are responsible for using resort facilities responsibly and following any guidelines provided by the resort staff.
• Smoking is prohibited in all public closed areas and rooms. Smoking is allowed at the
  designated area of the hotel.
• Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
• It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The management has the right to request to vacant his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith without any previous
  notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacant when requested to do so. In case of default, the management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
• The resort reserves the right to charge for any damage caused by guests to property or facilities.

7. Children and Extra Beds

• Children under 5 years can stay with two adults when sharing existing bedding, without any extra charge.
• Children between 6 years and 12 years of age are on a chargeable basis.
• Children above 12 years are considered adults.

8. Pets Policy

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Kunden Fortune Founders Resort to ensure the comfort of all guests.

9. Liability

• Kunden Fortune Founders Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests are advised to use the safety deposit boxes provided in each room for valuables.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel/room that occurred if found during their stay.

10. Environmental Responsibility

• As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage guests to reduce energy consumption by turning off electrical appliances when not in use.
• We promote responsible use of water, as the region is sensitive to resource availability.

11. Photography and Drone Use

• Guests are welcome to take photos of the property; however, professional photography or videography for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior permission.
• Drone usage is not allowed within the resort premises without prior approval from management due to safety and privacy concerns.

12. Location

• The hotel is located near the forest area, Guests are requested to adhere to Hotel Policies &
  Alcohol regulations.
• In-spite of extensive and stringent pest control procedures, the resort is susceptible to all
  manner of flying insects. Guests are requested to keep their room doors closed at all times.

13. Privacy Policy

• Kunden Fortune Founders Resort is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during your stay or booking process will be used solely for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

14. Force Majeure

• Kunden Fortune Founders Resort is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or extreme weather conditions.

15. Visitors 

• For the security and safety of our esteemed guests, we do not allow visitors in the room. However, visitors can be met at the lobby.
• Rights of admission are reserved.

16. Amendments to Terms

• The resort reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their stay.
