Itinerary
Day 1 | IXB Airport – Gangtok (120 kms / 5 hrs)
Welcome to the Bagdogra Airport. Our representative will receive and assist you with your vehicle. Start your exciting trip to Sikkim. Enjoy the drive to Gangtok. Pass through the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary and follow the course of River Teesta. Check in to your hotel. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 2 | Gangtok – Lachen (107 kms / 6 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel with limited luggage and proceed to Lachen (8,500 ft.), North Sikkim. Enroute visit Naga Waterfall and Bhim Nala Waterfall. Check into your hotel. Overnight stay will be at Lachen.
Day 3 | Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.). Return back to the hotel. After lunch (on a direct payment basis), drive to Lachung (8,700 ft.). Arrive by evening. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.
Day 4 | Lachung – Yumthang Valley Excursion – Gangtok
Early morning start your drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). Back to the resort for lunch (on a direct payment basis) and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). Check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 5 | Gangtok – IXB Airport (120 kms / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel on time. Transfer to IXB Airport for your onward journey.
Inclusion
- Surface transportation and transfers by Innova/Xylo as per the itinerary only.
- All Taxes.
- Breakfast and Dinner.
- Transport (Innova/Xylo).
- Nathula Permit fee.
Exculsion
- Package does not include entry fees to monuments and places.
- Anything not mentioned in the package inclusions.
- Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine, mineral water, telephone charges.
- All items of personal nature.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Notes:
- Nathula remains officially closed on Monday
- Nathula will be in clubbing for 5km from Govt. of Sikkim
- ID proof needs to be carried (Aadhaar card and PAN card will not be applicable as ID proof)
- Below 18 years Aadhaar card will be acceptable under the guidance of parents
- Once the vehicle is blocked and you cancel the trip, cash will not be refundable
- Once the vehicle trip for a day is finished, the vehicle will either drop at the hotel or market and will be released for the day
- Parking and entry fee charges are not included in the package
Confirmation Policy:-
- Confirmation of Hotel Rooms is subject to the availability. Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment. 50 % of the payment as advance & balance 3 days before on arrival.
CCancellation Policy:-
- At least 14 days prior to arrival date – no cancellation fees apply.
- At least 7 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation fees apply on the total amount.
- Within 7 days – 100% cancellation fees apply on the total amount.
- The above cancellation policy will remain the same in any case of flight/train cancellations.
